It’s that time.

Time to put up some targets.

Time to set big goals for the coming year.

Time to invest in your future.

Time to get into shape.

Time to focus on friendships.

Time to become a better spouse.

Time to regain control of finances.

It’s also time for every “new you” guru to flood the market and sell their version of what you’re missing in your life.

In the energy and spirit of the New Year they make their fortune with very little actual change in their clients (which means they can be a client again next year!).

Don’t misunderstand me, this is not their fault.

It’s yours.

You’re restless, unsatisfied, and cognizant that you aren’t living up to your full potential.

When you hear their promises you know you could do better.

It eats at you every day.

It keeps you awake at night.

And in this season of infectious possibility, a seed sprouted in your mind that this is your year.

It can be.
